Students in our programmes are selected by our admissions team for their ability to collaborate, participate and thrive in a caring community based environment.

The maximum student-to-adult ratio is 9:1. We conduct reconnaissance trips for safety, and all leaders have CPR training and enhanced background checks.

Our leaders have either lived or travelled extensively in the destinations we explore, ensuring they bring valuable programme insights and knowledge.
